The GSR (General Service Representative) has been described as the most important job in AA. The GSR represents their group at district meetings and area assemblies. The GSR Contact chairman makes sure that incoming GSRs receive information packets describing their roles. The GSR Contact chairman also files paperwork to insure the GSR and their group are properly registered with AA.
